my wish for everybody is this
put aside your apathy, discrimination and cynicism
and appreciate what we have
what we are enjoying now is the work of
our forefathers, foreigners and leaders with foresight
instead of cursing our country and its leaders and badmouthing them
perhaps we should take a minute to savour the peace and the positive
energy of the celebration
a good motto to live by - if you have nothing good to say
just zip it up...
again...easier said than done...but dont stop trying
