RUSSIA must press on with a programme to build 26 new nuclear power stations despite the severe economic crisis affecting the country, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday.
'Between now and 2030, the share of nuclear power in total energy production must reach 25-30 per cent' from the current figure of 16 per cent, he added.
