BEIJING: YouTube has confirmed that its service had been blocked for Chinese users - about a year after China limited access to the site following protests in Tibet.
The report came as China accused supporters of the Dalai Lama of fabricating a video that appears to show police brutally beating Tibetan protesters last year after anti-government riots in Tibet.
