today's lesson - go to the library

hey folks

bear with me
my back is misbehaving and painkillers are not helping any more

was supposed to do the next e learning module in 2 weeks - just bringing it forward
this is what you are supposed to do

remember the first handout i gave you - on themes
animals, aged...etc
could group leaders delegate work
each person will choose a few themes
go on line - read articles on that theme
and cut and paste 3 intorductions for each theme

Plagiarism is certainly not acceptable
But doing this will give you an idea on how to write introductions
This is a major bugbear with most students

I will be opening up ivle for you
Then you can upload these introductions

Thanks
Have a great week ahead
And be thankful for the good health you are enjoying

eg

science – euthanasia….method used - scenario

John is dying of an illness and his doctor pronounces that he has no more than three months to live. Worried that his last days will be racked with unbearable pain, he asks to die. Two doctors certify that he is of sound mind and has made the request voluntarily. They administer him with a drug overdose. Several minutes later, he is dead. Euthanasia certainly put an end to John’s misery but his act seems to have opened a can of worms in the medical world.

Animals –method used - importance

Life without animals, either in the wild or as pets, is nearly impossible to imagine. Think of a sky without birds, a forest without bears or deer, a sea without fish, or--for many of us--a home without a dog or cat or bird.
